Baby Boy Green Bay Packers Classic Nursery Design

Well, it’s finally here! So much time and planning into one little space, but full of so many thoughtful details that I just love. It all started with a mood board or maybe it was a flea market, depending how you look at it.

Almost ten years ago, Ben and I went to Elkhorn’s famous flea market for the first time. We found a lot of goodies. Most importantly, we came across this old Green Bay Packers barn wood sign. Without thinking twice, the sign was purchased, even before we bought our first home. We never found the perfect spot for it, but it sat in Ben’s office for years with the promise that one day I would hang it. Let me just say, it wasn’t because Ben is incapable – he would happily hang it. I was just very adamant on planning out an office design for him before randomly putting holes in the walls (which never happened… and as it turns out, for good reason).

Fast forward to 2022. We got the wonderful news that a baby boy was on the way. I knew I wanted the nursery to be somewhat timeless and classic, but really had no idea where to start for a theme… until I found myself staring at the once promised piece of wall art collecting dust in the corner. That was all I needed to give me a jump start. 🙂

A couple of pieces worth noting:

• Baby’s first stuffie (blue goat we purchased at the Door County Creamery before anyone else knew our big secret)
