Another blast from the past. Colleen and I used to work together in Green Bay – feels like just yesterday 😉 Little Owen is going to be one very soon so we captured this precious milestone.

I love a good mini session. This was probably one of the first cold weather sessions of the year and I love the bravery in wearing dresses. If you can wear a dress to your session, do it. They look so timeless and dreamy. Another thing I love? Dogs. Marley is 14 and spoiled with love. Include your pups when you can!

Capturing these fun little snapshots for families makes me so happy. One thing is for certain, Jeff and Katrina were meant to be parents. They are both so calm and cool. Katrina has this beautiful warm way about her – she makes it look so easy.

Last Saturday may have been the last warm weather weekend of the year! It sure was gorgeous and so were the colors. I took Royce’s one year photos just over a year ago today. These will be his TWO year photos and he rocked them like a champ.

One of my favorite seasons is fall. One reason being I get to photograph ALL the fall family sessions at the best fall locations. This fall orchard session is what fall dreams are made of.

Seema and Rohit 🙂 Seema and I went to high school together so, as you can imagine, I was so flattered that she asked me to capture this season of life for her and her family.

This family stepped right out of a magazine and in front of my camera. It was the easiest shoot ever!

Cloud to ground lightning. Always a comforting feeling when driving to your morning session and the forecast hadn’t even called for rain. A lot of planning goes into looking this coordinated so we waited out the weather a bit to see if mother nature would let us quick squeeze in. We started our session about an hour later than planned, but it was worth the wait!

Sweet Mira is on the blog! Something tells me this girl is going to have endless curiosity, be super laid back, and have the BEST hair. So much love in these images – one of my favorite sessions to date.
